Indian Wedding Wedding Chutney
Doodles Creek Indian Wedding Pickle was inspired by a trip to India to attend a wedding. We enjoyed four days of feasting and celebration with vast arrays of delicious curries and chutneys, the standout being the Wedding Pickle.
It is carrot based with dried apricots, dates and sultanas and mixed with a delicious Garam Masala spice mix and a hint of chilli.
We have reduced the sugar a bit to give it a slightly more tart finish. We love pairing it with a strong cheddar, leg ham and bbq meats. It is also fabulous with your favourite curry.
