Wonder Pies is the brainchild of renowned Melbourne Chef, Raymond Capaldi, and was established as a wholesale bakehouse that specialises in a range of savoury and sweet bakery products.
The initial concept was simple; to produce the best pies and pastries from the best locally sourced ingredients, and Wonder Pie continue to be committed to this and pride themselves on the quality of their handcrafted deep pan pies with a short crust, topped with puff pastry then finished with a French glaze.
