Peal Couscous Recipe
1 Tbsp Butter optional
1 cup Traditional Pearl Couscous
1 ½ cups Water
½ tsp Salt
If desired, toast couscous in 1 tablespoon butter or oil for 3–5 minutes over medium heat before cooking. Bring water to a boil. Add couscous and salt. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain off any remaining water.
