Tri Colour Quinoa Instructions
1. Place 1 cup of quinoa in a sieve and rinse under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well.
2. Place the quinoa in a large saucepan with 3 cups of water. Bring to the boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid. Cook for 15 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.
3. Remove the pan from the heat and keep the lid on. Stand, covered, for 10 minutes to steam. This finishes the cooking process and gives the quinoa a fluffier texture.
4. Gently fluff the quinoa with a fork to separate the grains before serving.
