OM XO Sauce is an umami rich flavour bomb packed full of Melbourne grown oyster mushrooms, fragrant chillies, ginger and garlic. Developed in collaboration with local chefs
during lockdowns, OM XO is an extremely versatile, plant based and gluten free condiment that
enriches simple meals or makes a great base for more complex dishes.
With over 160gms of fresh Oyster Mushrooms in every 150gm jar, all the ingredients in OM XO
are Australian grown with small batches produced by the SCM team on the same site as the
Sporadical City Mushrooms farm in Alphington.
Meal Inspiration Enjoy OM XO Sauce slathered on crusty bread or in your favourite cheese toasties, stir it through scrambled eggs, stir frys, dipping sauces, noodles or pasta, use as a marinate on roasting vegetables or your favourite protein, it’s incredible mixed through lightly cooked greens
