Returnr Marketplace is a membership-only service.  Your membership helps to cover the costs of container collection & washing, and allows you borrow reusable containers without high deposit fees.

Join & begin shopping in a few simple steps:

(1) Click on one of our "Join Now" buttons on our website.

(2) On the sign-up page, follow through the membership sign-up steps including entering your payment card details.

(3) Check your email for your membership activation email. Click the link in the email to activate your membership & create a login password.

(4) Login to the Returnr Marketplace website using your email address & password.

(5) Shop for zero waste groceries to be delivered to you door.

No. There is no minimum order value on Returnr Marketplace.

Once you have emptied a container in your home, simply rinse and place in your Returnr Carry-all Tote Bag. Leave all of your tote bags out for the delivery driver to collect when your next order is delivered.

We then return items back into our inventory and adjust the ledger of products you are currently borrowing.

So long as you have an active Returnr Marketplace membership you can return borrow reusable containers, lids & tote bags for as long as you need.

We do ask that at any one time you only have borrowed less than the total number of reusable containers allowed with your membership type.

If you decide to downgrade or cancel your Returnr Marketplace membership,  there is a 2 weeks grace period to return all reusable products to us. Or you are welcome to keep them after paying the appropriate fees for each reusable product.

We deliver to 95+ postcodes in Melbourne, Australia.

If we don't deliver to your postcode, please email us at hello@returnrmarketplace.com . We will stay in contact and let you know when we can service your area.

We deliver every Monday and Friday to all postcodes in our delivery zone.

Place order up until 4pm the day before your chosen delivery day. Typically orders are delivered between 9am and 5pm on the chosen delivery day.

Our drivers will contact you via the doorbell (or intercom if you live in an apartment building). If no one is at home to receive, the order will be left in as safe a location as possible. You will receive an email notification once it is delivered.

Your membership fee will be charged to your credit card on a monthly basis, on the anniversary of the date you sign-up to become a Returnr Marketplace member.

Every time you place an order for groceries online via Returnr Marketplace you will pay for the cost of the groceries and delivery fees associated with that order via credit card as you check out.

We charge your membership fee via direct debit each month in AU$ incl. GST. For example if your membership costs $2.30/week (incl. GST) you will be charged $9.95/month (incl. GST).

For the first 30 days of your membership you will not be charged monthly membership fee. During the first 30 days (or at any time) you can cancel your membership with no cancellation fees, following the return of all reusable containers.
