This is a traditional Middle Eastern recipe made with organic chickpeas and spices. Believing that ingredientts such as onion and parsley are always best fresh, we have provided all the dry ingredients so that all that is required is the addition of water, a diced onion and parsley.
1 cup Falafel Mix
1 handful of herbs (parsley, mint, coriander)
Place all ingredients except water into a food processor and blend well. Carefully add water into the mix to make a thick paste
Allow to sit for 15 minutes
Press firmly together into walnut sized spoonfulls and fry gently in oil, turning when golden.
