LSA stands for Linseeds, Sunflower Seeds and Almonds. LSA is fine or coarsely ground into somewhat of a flour and contains many essential vitamins and minerals such as fibre, calcium and zinc that contribute to living a healthy lifestyle.
LSA can be used in baking breads, cakes, sprinkled over cereal, added to smoothies and yoghurts which gives each dish a subtle nutty flavour and crunch to each recipe
