Our maple syrup is purely made of the sap of Canadian maple trees. Grade A Dark maple syrup is produced toward the end of spring season.
As the weather warms up, the sap of the maple trees becomes darker in color, producing a darker maple syrup. Dark maple syrup has more intense and richer maple flavor
