Our 2022 Pinot Noir from Caledonia Australis in Gippsland is a fantastic example of this well-known variety. On the nose, it has aromatic cherries, cranberry, and barnyard notes and a hint of smoke and spice. On the palate, there's tart strawberries & cherries, with a dry, savoury finish of roasted red pepper and subtle undertones of paprika. This one is medium bodied with soft, delicate tannins. A great example of the varietal from the cool climate region of Gippsland. Best paired with something with a little chilli, spice or chocolate..
