Timboon Marinated Feta
From our friends at Shulz Organic Dairy located at Timboon this fetta is a non traditional recipe (due to the use of cow's milk and differing cultures).
It is produced smooth and creamy (not light and crumbly) and mixed in a canola/olive oil blend with a sprinkle of herbs and spices. Spices include dill tips, onion, garlic, bay leaf, bell peppers and crushed chilli flakes.
